Neural is building powerful geospatial tools that make property and climate risk data usable, actionable, and beautifully simple. As a UX/UI Product Designer, you’ll shape the experience of Neural Earth suite of tools designed for to visualize risk, assess exposures, and work with AI-powered insights. You’ll design intuitive workflows that help users upload data, explore risk maps, and interpret analytics - without needing to understand the technical details under the hood.

• Design for clarity in complex workflows: Create clean, intuitive interfaces that help users interact with risk scores, hazard models, and property data. Focus on clarity, responsiveness, and usability for non-technical users.
• User research & workflow mapping: Interview underwriters, brokers, and property managers to understand how they work with data—and what slows them down. Translate insights into user flows and feature priorities.
• Prototyping & iteration: Develop interactive prototypes and high-fidelity designs in Figma that bring product concepts to life. Test and iterate based on user feedback and product goals.
• Consistent UI across tools: Help build and maintain a modular design system that works across Neural Earth’s platform, including maps, tables, filters, upload tools, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with engineering: Work closely with developers and PMs to ensure designs are feasible, well-implemented, and aligned with platform capabilities. Participate in sprint planning and QA.
