Neural is seeking a highly motivated and strategically-minded Federal Sales Executive to lead and expand our public sector customer base across U.S. federal agencies. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities, shaping capture strategies, and closing deals that leverage Neural’s AI, geospatial analytics, and machine learning capabilities to support government missions in defense, intelligence, climate, infrastructure, health, and space.
This is a quota-carrying role that requires experience selling SaaS, analytics, or emerging technologies into civilian and/or defense agencies. You will lead engagements from early-stage pipeline development through proposal submission and contract execution, partnering closely with product, legal, and engineering teams to align customer needs with Neural’s offerings.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of navigating complex procurement processes (including SBIR, OTAs, IDIQs, GSA schedules, and cooperative agreements), understands how to position innovative technologies in the public sector, and thrives in entrepreneurial environments. You should be equally comfortable giving a high-level capabilities briefing at the Pentagon and strategizing over CRM metrics with sales leadership.
