About the position

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Business Development Associate. This entry-level sales role is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about building a career in sales and business development. The Business Development Associate will play a key role in identifying and generating new business opportunities, as well as nurturing existing client relationships.


Prospecting and Lead Generation:

  • Research and identify potential clients, industries, and market segments.
  • Cold call, email, and engage in outreach efforts to generate new leads.
  • Qualify leads to determine their potential as viable business opportunities.

Sales Outreach:

  • Initiate and maintain contact with prospective clients to introduce our products/services.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to set up meetings and appointments for further discussions.

Relationship Building:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their needs and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to address client inquiries and concerns promptly.

Market Research:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive analysis, and market conditions to identify potential areas for growth.
  • Gather and analyze data to prepare reports and recommendations for business development strategies.

Sales Support:

  • Assist in the development of sales collateral, proposals, and presentations.
  • Work closely with the sales team to create and execute sales campaigns and initiatives.


  • Various other duties and projects as assigned


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Basic knowledge of sales techniques and CRM software is a plus.
